SAETITH-"Decaying
Heads of the Unholy" CD
In reviewing this CD, a few words
and phrases instantly came to mind: Brutal, intense, GREAT musicianship,
relentless onslaught of highly technical yet listenable black metal. Honestly I
am not a huge fan of cookie-monster vocals, but for some reason, these guys
make it work. And work EXTREMELY well in getting their blasphemous message
across. Saetith is also brotherhood of IMMENSELY talented musicians. The
guitar, bass, and drums work together in a tightness that is indescribable. A
very progressive effort with breakneck starts and stops, whiplash-inducing
tempo changes, and guitar & bass solos that simply leave you astounded and
staring at the speakers in disbelief. And the Drummer...Holy Crap! My rating:
