BIG MEDICINE - Live at Café Berlin DVD
Yes, you read the line above right, this is the DVD of the show Big Medicine did for the Missouri River Cultural Conservancy
a few years back that just got released on CD by the band (and is reviewed in this issue - ed). The disc is exactly what it
claims to be - showing the band on stage playing a driving mix of blues and country laced roots rock. However, the DVD also
showcases the band in a more what you see is what you get manner (including a technical error at the end of one song that
was fixed on the CD) that comes across a bit rougher than the CD alone. While it is a little different than the CD it also
compliments it perfectly, allowing the viewer (and the listener) to experience the vibe of the show and the feel of a live
