This hardcore supergroup continues to go for the throat in this record store day release.  This time around, Off gives us a live recording from an in store gig at Generation Records in New York City.  These short fast bursts of hardcore punk come off even more intense live with a ferocious attack that kicks through the speakers.  While only four songs, it is a glimpse of when hardcore punk was way more of a threat than it seems to be now (given the history of the band members they have a legit claim to this era).  This is a hint of what their live show is like as well as a 45 rpm starting point for interested readers who might not be able to buy the CD/four 7” box set debut yet.  This is hardcore punk when it’s done right.  (BOONE)
