I came across this online and was curious about what it sounded like so I decided to download it.  Garbage Run throws down quick and nasty blasts of dirty garage punk with mostly short simple blasts of crunchy chords, simple beats, and raspy vocals throughout.  The songs are snide and a little antisocial at times lyrically. which fits the sonic settings perfectly with a mix of angst and a little anguish shining through the attitude.  Garbage Run's debut EP carries on in the tradition of much of the Nuggets era garage rock band while slightly tweaking things to give them a freshness overall.  One In The Can is a must have for fans of vintage garage rockers a la Music Machine, Seeds, or even the 80s revivalists such as The Fuzztones or even the Stooges.  (BOONE)
