HARD FEELINGS - EP
I picked up this seven inch
a while back when I saw the band play at the Hairhole but I hadn't been able to give it more than a cursory listen until now.
Hard Feelings deliver some catchy pop punk with short bittersweet songs delivery slightly sloppy with hooks and an edge.
These personal songs are direct and heartfelt with slightly overdriven guitar helping to get the point across. While
the Minnesota band (form Duluth, I think) isn't reinventing the wheel, they are delivering a relatively worn subgenre with
heart and earnestness. If you dig the poppier and more melodic side of punk you'll probably want to check this out -
