HARD FEELINGS - EP
I picked up this seven inch a while back when I saw the band play at the Hairhole
but hadn;t been able to give it more than a cursory listen until now. Hard Feelings deliver some catchy pop punk with
short, bittersweet songs delivered slightly sloppy with hooks and an edge. The4se personal songs are direct and heartfelt
with slightly overdriven guitar helping to get the point across. While this Minnesota based (from Duluth, I think) band
isn't reinventing the wheel, they are delivering a relatively well work subgenre with heart and consciousness.If you dig the
poppier and more melodic side of punk, you'll probably want to check this our - if you haven't done so already. (BOONE)
