NERVOSAS - double LP
This came my way a while back and has piqued my interest for a while. Nervosas’
latest overflows with tight hard-edged punk rock that’s part hardcore, part arty space rock. With a driving rhythm
section and catchy hooks, these songs are an energetic sonic brew that draws from early punk and HC with enough edge to keep
things sounding fresh. Whether tackling personal matters or a horror themed number there is a feel here that explodes
out your speakers and refuses to let up. Nervosas’ self-titled album is three sides of high octane music that
not only is proof punk rock can still matter but makes a good introduction to punk for those people who might want to hear
