ARNOCORPS - "Two More" single
I was meaning to get to this last issue but got a little sidetracked amidst the new job, weather, and other life obligations.
Coming out almost simultaneously with their album, this single delivers a couple more driving modern punk songs with an element
of metal and a pre Governator movie theme. "Pumping Iron" is a straight up in your face rocker with a "two
more" chorus hook that almost makes you think it's called that. "Stay Hungry" is slightly more mid tempo and
metal leaning with a feel similar to exercise reps felt through tight guitar licks and double bass drum blasts. Yes, Arnocorps
is firmly tongue in cheek but if there wasn't strong music the joke would wear thin really fast. If you like having a little
dose of humor in your punk (or if you already have their album) you might want to pick this up. (BOONE)
